The IEEE Engineering in Medicine and Biology Society is an IEEE group dedicated to the study of Biomedical Engineering. Society was formed to find solutions for biology and medical problems by merging medicine and engineering by using electronic engineering principles and devices. The EMBS Association follows three main goals: First, keeping the EMBS spirit alive as a platform with the objective to maintain the group feeling of their Master program, which is achieved by the annual conference, more informal meetings and the member database. Moreover, Developing a global professional network of EMBS graduates and finally assisting current and prospective students by giving useful information.
